About Valma Suites
Comfortable and modern with Art Deco character and charm, Valma Studios is a warm home in the heart of the Wellington city centre. We offer comfortable and modern studio apartments that are literally seconds from the major sights of the city and within walking distance of almost everything. Our standard studios should have almost everything you need to get started. A large comfortable bed (standard double-bed), a 2 hob stove top cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer unit. Our premium rooms also come with a TV and wardrobe and the room is slightly larger.
We have a minimum of one month stay to long term/permanent stay so you can stay as long as you like.
All of our rooms come with central heating to keep you warm as well as private ensuites and a kitchenette so that you can have easy access to these any time you want.
Our premium studios are fully furnished. But if you’re wanting to add more furniture to our rooms (premium or standard) please contact us first and we’ll see if this is possible depending on the room type and size.
Our facilities onsite also include common rooms on each floor so you can hang out with your neighbours – each common room is complete with new large flat screen TVs and comfortable couches. the building also has affordable laundry facilities to meet your needs during your stay.
